1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:

- You received the wrong item

- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging.

3. Refunds
Since we only accept cash on delivery, refunds are processed in the following ways:
- If the return is approved before the item is delivered, no payment will be collected.
- If the payment has already been made at the time of delivery, a cash refund will be arranged through our courier partner or another appropriate method.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
- Used products or items not in their original condition
5. Cancellation Policy
